Frequently Asked Questions
Shortly after registration we’ll reach out to schedule a pre-interview meeting with you and your loved one(s). The purpose of this meeting is to meet and to gather all the important information about your loved one’s life that we’ll need in order to customize the interview questions and experience.
Specific instructions for your interview (whether virtual or studio) will be sent prior to the interview day.
The day of the interview is all about making your loved one feel as comfortable as possible. All they have to do is show up, and we’ll take care of the rest, asking the questions and guiding the process.
One virtual interview capturing one chapter lasts up to 30 minutes. Full interviews last up to 3 hours.
3 weeks. Make sure to plan ahead of time if you’re wanting to gift a completed Capsul to any family member for a special occasion like birthdays, holidays, or anniversaries.
Your full satisfaction is our number one priority.
We offer full refunds of your deposit up to one week prior to your scheduled interview date. Any cancellations within one week that are not rescheduled will result in a loss of your deposit.
While we don’t offer refunds once we’ve recorded your interview we do work with you until you’re 100% satisfied with the final product.
