Once you’re ready to go, register on our website, make a $500 deposit, and schedule your loved one’s interview day.
There’s nothing you need to do to prepare for the actual interview. We will send instructions on what you can expect and how to get the most out of your time with us.
Once you arrive at the studio, we’ll briefly review the process and answer any questions that may still be present. And then it’s show time! This is where your loved one will get to have a special experience reconnecting to all the moments that have come to define their life.
As soon as it’s ready, we’ll send you an email with a link to download the interview right away. The final product will be delivered in a Capsul branded package containing a USB/USB-C of the final edited interview along with additional content depending on your package.
We encourage our clients to organize watch parties with the family to really get the most out of these videos. These have been a huge hit with our clients.

For the time being your loved one will need to come to Miami in order to record their interview. Rest assured that we are working diligently on the back end to make these video interviews widely available. Please share your email address and location here if you’re interested in receiving updates on when we expand our offerings.
Somewhat! Packages require a $500 non-refundable deposit as soon as you sign up. The remaining total is to be paid on the day of the interview.
What we do recommend is to split the cost with your loved ones. Use Zelle, Venmo or other payment apps to easily split the cost among family and friends in any way you wish.
We are working on providing a financing option as well. Stay tuned!
Yes! We offer a 20% discount per package if purchasing more than one package.
Schedule a call with us and invite them in! One of our core values is family. This means that we treat everyone that comes through our door as if they were our parent or grandparent. During the call we’ll make sure to help them feel that and to better understand the process so that they feel more comfortable moving forward.
For those that need it, we offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off services in the following neighborhoods: Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Brickell, Downtown and South Beach. If you need us to go further than that we do charge an extra fee of $50-$100 depending on location.
The short answer is you can! But not everyone has the desire, know how, or equipment to pull it off well. What we offer you are three things: ease, quality and service.
Interviewing loved ones is what we do best. We create a safe and comfortable environment where you don’t have to think through all the details. Your loved one simply shows up and we take care of the rest!
We also do so in a professional studio to maintain the highest standards in video and sound quality. We aim to have the beauty of your loved reflected in the beauty of the final product. This isn’t easy to reproduce!
And finally, service. This is a rare experience where your loved one has the opportunity to be the star of their life. Helping your loved one feel seen and recognized is oftentimes the gift they didn’t know they needed.
